Instructions
  1. Mix one cup of flour with 2 cups of clam juice. Set aside. Mix first 8 ingredients in a 8 quart crockpot and bring to boil. Cook for five minutes. Add roux, then continue to cook until thickened.
  2. Add milk and heavy cream, then reduce heat and keep on warm setting.
  3. Serve 8 ounces per cup and 16 ounces per bowl.
