Instructions
  1. Place first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with a fork until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  2. In a small bowl, mix HOA breading mix with panko. Divide salmon mixture inot 6 equal portions by forming patties. Dip each in the panko mixture, pressing to coat well. Set aside until all patties are finished.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan (or deep fryer), and fry each side of patty until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve with brown butter tomato sauce.
