  1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil, then add beef bouillon and ground beef. Stir constantly to break up beef. Add cabbages, red onion, bok choy, and carrot. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and continue to simmer until vegetables are tender.
