  1. Heat oil in a 8qt stock pot. Add ground beef and begin to brown. Add tomato paste and continue to brown. Deglaze pan with about one cup of water. Add remaining water and all ingrdients. Bring to boil add simmer for about 30 minutes. I prefer to cool overnight and re-heat portions as needed. Makes about 16 one-cup servings.
