Pour grapefruit juice into blender and add garlic cloves, onion, green bell pepper and Anaheim chile peppers. Process on high until smooth. Pour into large pot with all remaining ingredients. Heat on medium until mixture bubbles then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
